Spacer Honey-Mustard Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken (3 pounds, cut up [Ed. - I usually use 2 whole breasts, since no one I know likes the legs])
1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place chicken pieces in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Spread over chicken.
  3. Bake 1 hour, basting with pan juices every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and golden brown.
