Hey, Cutie I like to think I'm pretty empathic, but some things do elude me, so maybe some male reader can explain this to me: What mutant sequence on the Y chromosome is it that compels some of you to say things like, "Hey cutie" to passing members of the opposite sex? What sort of reaction are they hoping to elicit, particularly in a crowded public place where it may be impossible to even identify the speaker? Do they do it just to irritate, or what? A positive reaction seems unlikely, but I suppose I could be mistaken. Is it just a comment, like "Oh, it's raining?" Is it considered justifiable reason for homicide on the part of the comment's recipient? Just curious.... | Top |
