Mental Enhancement +13 intelligence, +10 presence, +22 willpower
Precognition/ Psychometry Has uncontrolled dreams of the future. When touching emotionally charged objects, she sees the events of the object's past. With an object a person once owned, she can locate and track them with 75 percent accuracy in a 250 mile range. She can see auras. These powers are ill-controlled and cost 3 fatigue per use; she gains no rest from nights in which she suffers precognitive dreams.
Psionic Attack Attacks as telepathy. Does 1d8 damage. Target can roll with or evade only if they can sense attack or have 18+ Willpower.
Mental Domination Attacks as telepathy. Takes one action to start, one fatigue per turn to maintain. D20 resist. She controls target's body/senses but has no access to skills/memories. Control animals at 8th level.
Memory Reading Telepathy attack to read memories (but not thoughts) of any mind she is not dominating. Costs 1 fatigue. learned at 1st level. With one turn and 3 fatigue, 75 percent chance to edit memories, learned at 2nd level.
Psychokinesis Move 22 lb. with fine control. Learned at 3rd level.
Teleportation Move up to 125 feet in one jump. Learned at 4th level.
Pyrokinesis Make a flame attack for 1d8 damage. Learned at 5th level.
Astral Projection Visibly project at walking speed for 15 minutes. 3 fatigue per use. Learned at 6th level. Incease time limit to one hour and speed to 250 mph at 7th level.
Weakness: Power Handicap Her precognition and psychometric powers are ill-controlled and happen spontaneously. The vast majority of her powers are limited to a 25-foot radius around her, the area of her vastly enhanced bioaura.
