  1. Variant Musculature:
    Heightened Strength: +12 to Strength score. He can act as if unencumbered even when at Carry Cap (but not Max Press). Targets' knockdown attacks have -1 die code resistance or 1/2 their basic hits against the knockback (7th l).
    Heightened Fatigue: +12 points to Fatigue score.
    Impact Diffusion: Automatically rolls with any blunt attack (up to non-armor-piercing bullets), even if unaware of it. Such attacks do 1/4 normal damage, not 1/2. -4 passive defense by all kinetic/impact attacks (3rd l).

  2. Super-Speed
    Heightened Movement: Running speed is 800; can run up walls or across water with control check; running jump increased by x5; control is 16+.
    Heightened Reflexes: +24 to initiative; -1 die code detect danger; if surprised, opponents get one free action, not one free turn.
    Super-Speed Attacks: +2 to hit, +1d4 damage unarmed; 1d20 impact attack carried by HTH (super-speed punches); attack as Sonics (sonic boom, 9th l) carrier for same damage; +4 to hit with punch (5th l).
    Heightened Defense: -4 evasion vs. all conventional attacks when conscious and mobile. Base 0 to be hit by RN attacks due to speed before Ht. Defense (2nd l); HTH/RN attacks mising due to evasion modifier likely to hit attackers' allies (if logical), rolls made at -4 to hit (3rd l). With a saved action, Rapidfire can force these "accidents," giving the attacks a +4 to hit the unwitting "new target" (4th l).
    Regeneration: Automatically gains Healing Rate in HP between turns. He heals wound points per hour.

  3. (W) Power Handicap: Must sprint 50' to energize super-speed powers. Powers shut down if he sleeps or is KOed (but not stunned). Regeneration maintains at x6 healing speed even when other powers are off.
