Power Synopsis: Induced variant with strange matter/energy conversion powers.

  1. Matter/Energy Conversion Powers: Can change matter's structural integrity to fatigue.
    Absorption: Touch to convert SR to fatigue. One attack drains 1 cubic foot, one action drains 5 cubic feet. Object reduced to SR of .5. Next person to touch object loses SR fatigue and object is restored to normal. Fatigue stored over Wildcard's normal maximum can be traded to ignore damage at a 3 fatigue:1 damage ratio, no action/movement cost.
    Devitalization Attack: By absorbing small ojects and throwing them, this attacks as bio-aura and does 1d20 fatigue at 360' range; can be used as a carried attack on thrown objects (which do normal damage), costs 1 fatigue; with physical contact, can transfer 2d8 fatigue from living opponents to his own fatigue score (not a carrier attack).
    Energized Physiology: +10 Strength, +23 Agility, -4 evasion vs all conventional attacks. While mobile, opponents gain no facing modifiers. May stand immediately after being knocked down, no penalty or cost. Base jump is 18' (3rd l).
    Inhuman Aura: +10 Presence (+15 at 7th l); Bio-aura can attack for emotion control - fear on one target 24' range, 1d20 resistance, costs 1 fatigue (12th l), affects 24' forward arc costs 3 fatigue (14th l).

  2. Variant Accuracy
    Heightened Expertise: +4 to hit with all thrown weapons and Devitalization Attack. Thrown unbalanced RN attacks 72 feet, balanced attacks get free "bounce," RN attacks have base 12 to hit against thugs. Can make unlimited multiple attacks, fatigue caps at 2 (4th l).
