Copperjacket
A professional assassin, Copperjacket is a weapons specialist who designs his own specialized ordinance for the elimination of variant targets. Unlike many other assassins, Copperjacket is meticulous and precise; he will not take a shot that won't hit his intended target, will not use area explosives (though he does use explosive bullets), and won't kill civilians. He wears protective armor and carries myriad weapons, including cutting edge sensory enhancement gear. He was first hired by Kafka to kill Cold Steel, but has returned to Detroit several times since.

Cyanide
Another professional assassin hired by Kafka to kill Cold Steel, Cyanide has also engaged the Justice Defenders on several occasions. Possessor of one of the Babylon Crystals (c.f. Orion the Omen-Bringer) she has mystical gravitic flight, which also provides defenses and the illusion of superhuman strength, can stun or K.O. people with a touch, and kill with a kiss, the poison causing anaphylactic shock. She has a particular hatred for Inferno since the neophyte heroine turned her to stone for several weeks.

Gadgeteer
A woman who was somehow placed into a robotic form, Gadgeteer is desperately trying to get her life back, but has no idea how. Her robotic body is highly combat-worthy, and she can manipulate parts of herself to build specific-use devices. She is also cybernetically linked to an advanced anti-gravity reconnaissance/war craft of unknown design. When she first encountered the Warriors she was being manipulated by Dr. Twilight, who had promised to aid her. Daedalus has been trying to help her, but she is still unstable, easily manipulated and grasping at any straws of regaining her humanity.

Heartbeat
After exposure to an experimental synthetic adrenaline, this Detroit gangbanger developed a variety of physical powers and tried to make himself a force to be reckoned with in the criminal world. While undoubtedly powerful (he has superhuman speed to the 300 MPH mark, increased reflexes and endurance, and the ability to over-stimulate other people's adrenaline systems to generate extreme emotional responses or cardiac seizures), he is also cocky and inexperienced, with no grasp of forward planning. Angel has recently recruited him to work for Kafka.

Kafka
The man known as Kafka was in control of a major chunk of Detroit's drug trade while maintaining a series of upper-crust and acceptable identities through his mastery of disguise. He was the impetus for Cold Steel's settling in the Motor City—the vigilante had been hunting him for some time concerning events in Central America. While Kafka was able to evade capture and unleash several assaults against Steel and his allies, he was eventually imprisoned. He is now trying to manipulate his empire through his former second in command, Angel, but is meeting with limited success.

Pan
One of the Warriors' most confusing enemies, Pan is a center point for celestial energies, and his power level waxes and wanes with the seasons, the moon and the stars. When normal, he is a perfectly ordinary businessman, with no memory of his activities as Pan. When the stars are right, he assumes a Satyr form and runs rampant, sometimes leading mobs across the city, sometimes growing rainforests in downtown Detroit, sometimes just busting up a bar and getting really drunk. He is chaos, impossible to predict. His powers run from Alpha to Gamma level, based on the celestial alignments.

Samhain
Another Coven enforcer in Detroit, Samhain was a pure killing machine —invulnerable and super-strong, regenerating and impossible to kill, he would simply stalk people and kill them barehanded or with knives. When the Warriors finally broke up the Coven attempt to dominate the city government, Samhain disappeared, reappearing during the Daemonwar. He is again presumed dead, hopefully for the last time. (Note: This character's name and abilities are based on the character in FGU's Most Wanted Volume I]

Vampyre
Robert Emott was under arrest for pedophilia and other acts of the most heinous sort. Coven agents slipped him out of jail to use as an enforcer. The Daemon-binding gave Emott underarm wing structure, powerful mystical force blasts, and mental dominance abilities. He quickly slipped away from his Coven creators and has plagued the Detroit area ever since. Vampyre will traditionally gather small groups of teenage girls under his domination. Originally this was very direct, leading to a noticeable string of disappearances, but as time goes on he becomes more subtle and more dangerous.

Young, Matthew
Another teenage gangster exposed to the synthetic adrenaline that created Heartbeat, Matthew Young gained vastly increased strength and durability. He engaged the Warriors several times early in their career before vanishing. Over a year later it was determined that he had been recruited by the Colonel, tricked into posing as the mastermind during a doomed robbery, and finally killed by explosives in the Colonel costume, thus faking the Colonel's death and forestalling attempts to locate him as he left Detroit with his ill-gotten gains. Dangerous friends, dangerous lifestyles....
