Sargent Master Stryker's Rogues Gallery

Corona
A French variant with the abilities of light projection and super-speed flight, she is a professional thief, occasionally for hire. Not a killer, she tries to outsmart and out run her opponents, but has engaged Stryker several times in the course of her daring daylight robberies. Rumors abound that she operates out of Chicago due to her infatuation with Stryker.

Dr. Cold, AKA Dr. Fimbulwinter, AKA Lord Fimbulwinter
An American scientist whose researches into cold led to the development of his own variant abilities. Fimblewinter's main goal is the improvement of his own abilities, so that he might TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!! OK, all of his screws aren't tightened, but he has developed considerable power, which he uses to rob banks to finance further enhancements in his power, which he uses to rob more banks... In '75 he learned to build cold devices powered by his blood , becoming Dr. Fimbulwinter. In '80 he was able to metabolize the heat he was absorbing, naming himself Lord Fimbulwinter.

Fusion
A variant from the USSR, Fusion was a scientist at the Rainfall project hideously mutated by a reactor accident. He rebuilt his body but the GRU rebuilt his mind, turning him into the ultimate loyal communist. Fusion's body is now radioactive bio-plasm, changeable back to flesh and bone by force of will. The plasm is malleable and durable: he can stretch and mold his form, steal faces or animal forms. He can unleash devastating blasts of heat, radiation or light — his plasm form is radioactive, as flesh he is 'hot' enough to fog film. Fusion is an expert in the fields of radiation and variance.

Infiltrator
This highly skilled Soviet agent, Infiltrator was still working for the USSR in their first encounter. Shortly thereafter, Infiltrator stole his experimental cloaking device and all the irreproducible notes from the Rainfall project, becoming a pure mercenary. Once built into a large van, Infiltrator has modified the cloak design over the years — in '77 it fits inside a sports car. The cloak makes the vehicle and anything wearing a reception unit invisible to all EM detection. Even without this device, Infiltrator is a terror to the world intelligence community — a skilled combatant who uses every mistake, he studies his opposition for months before moving in. He is renowned for his ability to discover anything, given time. Anything.

Iron Dragon
The figurehead variant for the PRC, Dragon is the ultimate party woman. Unlike Shtorm, who is in the end a patriot, Dragon is a political machine, programmed to do as the party orders. Whatever her original personality was, it is long since gone. Iron Dragon has powerful magnetic abilities, including flight and the manipulation of over 20 tons of metal. She is also a skilled martial artist with low end variant strength and reflexes. Dragon has mastered the use of her powers for mass distraction, including casual creation of high speed shrapnel and linear acceleration of projectiles.

Jungle Cobra
Not a variant, but a powerful aura mage and unarmed combatant from Vietnam who sided with the North Vietnamese cause. Jungle Cobra can see thoughts and weaknesses, induce fatigue with a glance and paralysis with eye contact. He can physically strike an opponent's aura and has massive mental control of his body. When in the jungle he is invisible and silent. After the war Jungle Cobra abandoned North Vietnam and plied his trade as an international assassin. Stryker finally bested him in '75, but Cobra fell to his death and no body was found...

Shtorm
Stryker's opposite number in many ways, this man is a professional soldier and variant, who also happens to be a Russian. Shtorm has Electrical Powers that provide him with flight, variant strength and endurance, electrical defense, and powerful electrical blasts. Shtorm is also a tactical genus, and skilled at thinking around problems. Never a communist slave but a loyal Russian, he fought with Stryker against the coup in '89. The two have become friends because they are enemies who know each other well. He is a charter member of UNEarth.

The Technical Man
A Nazi cybernetics project built by ODESSA in Brazil, The Technical Man was perhaps Stryker's most powerful and dangerous foe. Massive variant strength, rocket assisted flight, dozens of independent weapons systems, near total invulnerability, he remains the pinnacle of cybernetics power in the world until the early 1990's and is the greatest argument available that Purifier survived the war. T.M. took orders from the ODESSA cells in Brazil, but would sometimes act on his own to vent his hatred against the country that stopped Germany's predestined conquest.

The World Crime League
Stryker was never aware of the depth of the conspiracy, but he did fight members of the WCL around the world in his attacks on organized crime. He also fought the mercenary/ assassin Constellation several times without a clear victory. Other than these battles, the WCL stayed out of his way, unwilling to engage him without a profitable reason.
