Black Jellybean
Once upon a time there was an enthusiastic, acrobatic youth who started following around his heroes, Ground Zero and Black Dragon. Precocious and energetic, he was Jellybean, the perfect kid sidekick—and became the ultimate example as to why kid sidekicks are a BAD IDEA! Captured by the Sidari, he was bio-cybernetically altered and filled with a hatred for his former heroes, Black Dragon in particular. Now Black Jellybean (because no one likes black jellybeans), he is invulnerable, superhumanly strong and a genius at inventing candy weapons using Sidari science.
Black Jellybean is a Gamma to Delta level variant, depending on how many of his creations he has available. In addition to mundane weapons like his lollipop staff and licorice webs, he is able to make artificial life forms from candy, using complex sugar patterns to simulate neurons. Three of his creations are the Cotton Candy Monster Woman, Taffy (now Rubbermaid) and the Gingerbread Man (see the Janitors of Anarchy), which provides some scale for the power of his creations. Black Jellybean will hire other mercenaries if it suits his needs, but he prefers ordering his own creations.

Dragonhand
Black Dragon's ultimate nemesis, Dragonhand's origins and motives can only be guessed at. What is known is that he is a skilled martial artist with magically enhanced abilities, including flame generation and low-end superhuman strength, endurance and agility. He first appeared in 1980 and battled Black Dragon exclusively for the next 5 years until their nationally televised final battle. He escaped shortly after that, but has not been seen since. (Note : This character's name and abilities are based on the character in FGU's Most Wanted Volume I. He was just too good not to use.)

Flame I
Charles Burnes was a pyromaniac who constructed a battle suit filled with fire-related weaponry, granting invulnerability to heat and fire. He would sometimes work for money, but more often lit things on fire for the sheer joy of watching them burn. Black Dragon battled Flame on several occasions, and the combats were always close and tactical, as the two were immune to most of each other's powers. Among his armaments were electrical spark gloves, ceramic body armor and blinding flares. He was finally captured and stripped of his armor in 1984.

Flame II
Shortly after the final incarceration of Charles Burnes, a woman appeared using the Flame armor. She had somehow taken control of Metalfist and was working with him to burn down mansions and art galleries in Harborview. Black Dragon revealed her as police forensic scientist Kristina Fare, who was using the fires to cover the theft of art work from the buildings. The paintings were recovered, but Flame II escaped to reappear several times around the world. She replaces her predecessor's mad strength with guile and cunning, and is currently incarcerated in France.

Metalfist
Metalfist began as an enforcer for the Giabaldi Mafia family in Harborview, noted for his high strength and predilection to brass knuckles. After his first defeat at the hands of the young Black Dragon in 1980, he was offered a battle suit by the alien Sidari to take out the hero. At first ecstatic, he later discovered the price of the suit, which began growing into his body, placing him further and further under Sidari control. Initially this was a period of extreme violence and suggestibility, but by 1985 he was firmly under the control of his alien masters.

Siren and Hex
This pair of Coven mystics were those most frequently encountered by Black Dragon. They weren't "his" rogues per se, but they are typical of the Coven members Black Dragon encountered on his own or with Grimouir. Siren's magic focused around enchantment and weather control, while Hex's was shadows and shape-changing. They were poor magi, but gained most of their power from bound daemons. Again, this was typical of the mid-level Coven membership of the early 80s. Both are presumed dead after the end of the Daemonwar.

Triangle
A villainous trio of international mercenaries who gained their powers in a freak radiation accident in Nevada, Triangle consists of El Bombero (super strong flame projector who carries spikes, which he heats white hot and throws), Fleshmaster (team leader who absorbs the physical properties of solids) and Timechild (time controller focusing on super speed, paralysis and intangibility). Triangle sometimes acts independently but are usually hired as variant muscle. They fought alongside Black Dragon during the Plovian Invasion, but their amnesty was quickly lost to new offenses.

Flight of 1000 Cranes
Since the communist takeover of China, anyone with the name Black Dragon can count on having the Flight as a personal enemy. A four-member strike team researched and tested Black Dragon to discover his connections, if any, to the Black Dragon Monastery. These were Spring River (superspeed), Summer Thunder (vibration powers), Autumn Shadow (absorbing light and heat to strength and invulnerability) and Winter Gambler (probability manipulation). After several conflicts the Flight team splintered, with Winter Gambler defecting to Australia (he later joined the Southern Cross).
